Accountlynx will no longer be available, so please follow these instructions for new online account access to view your account information and statements.

1. Go to fiserviss.com.

2. Click on Advisor services.

3. Click on New User at the top of the page.

4. Select Client.

5. Enter Account Number.

6. Enter SSN/Tax ID in 999-99-999 or 99-9999999 format.

7. Enter DOB. For accounts that do not use DOB, enter 00/00/1900

8. Enter your First Name.

9. Enter your Last Name.

10. Select a User ID and Password.

11. Select a hint question and answer.

12. Hit Submit

It you are having problems logging in, please follow these instructions:

1) Open an Internet Explorer page and go to Tools, then click on Internet Options, as below:

2) Click on the Security Tab at the top of the Internet Options box. Click on the Trusted Sites content zone. Click on the Sites button that appears next to the description of Trusted Sites.

3) In the Trusted Sites box that appears, you will want to UNCHECK the box at the bottom next to Require Server Verification…., then you want to add the sites below to the list by typing the site addresses (exactly as they appear below) into the Add this Web Site to the Zone box, (one at a time). After you type in each web address, click on the Add button (to the right to add the site to the list). As you add the addresses below you will see them appear in the box of Web sites below the Add this Web site to the zone box. After you add the 3 sites below, click on the OK button.

4) Click the OK button again and the Internet Options box will disappear. Go to the Advisor Services site (www.fiserviss-advisorservices.com ) and login. You will get a pop up asking if you want your browser to open a site in your Trusted Sites, click on YES. This pop up will appear more than once, click YES each time it appears. Click on ACCOUNTS, ACCOUNT TRACKING, and ACCOUNT INFORMATION; your account should load within 15 seconds.
