The annual fees quoted above apply to the total value of all accounts that a client has with Shearwater Capital. In other words, if a client has an IRA worth $300,000 and a taxable account worth $225,000, the annual fee is 0.55%
based on the total value of $525,000.

Please note that this is more favorable for the client than a tiered or blended fee structure in which the 0.85% fee is applied to the first $100,000, 0.75% to the next $150,000, etc.
